Educational Back Ground
After a master Class performance by his Students famed Guitarist Paul Galbraith had this comment: "...they have a rare teacher, one that inspires love for their art" Paul Galbraith, April 2003
Stefan Schyga received his Masters Degree in Music Eduction in May of 1991. During his studies he also taught the Beginning and Intermediate guitar classes at The University of Texas at El Paso. Teaching these classes and having had problems finding a suitable method for his private studio inspired him to write a new and different guitar method. This new method attempts to teach guitar playing in a more effective and especially more interesting manner.
In 2002 Stefan switched from the University to teach over 160 High School students at Franklin High School in El Paso, TX. The program has gotten so big that in 2016 an additional guitar teacher had to be hired.
In the fall of 2017 Stefan is started a new Music Production program that will include a state of the art recording studio.
Stefan has also released 4 educational multimedia ebooks available on his website and in the iBookstore.
