Stefan was the Classic/Flamenco guitarist and Mario the Steel String/Electric guitarist of the group La Vienta. They were signed by Telarc International (now Concord Jazz).
The group released three (3) albums between 1993 and 1996 that were sold in 28 countries.
​
Their first album, Jazzmenco, climbed to #17 on Billboard's Contemporary Jazz Charts and allowed the group the privilege of performing at the Great American Music Hall in San Francisco, Jazz Times Convention in New York and the Guitar Town Festival in Copper Mountain, Colorado with some iconic artists such as Joe Satriani, Joe Bonamassa & Tommy Emmanuel.
